Prosocial Coding LLC

All software, source code, documentation, design assets, evaluation methodologies, scenario libraries, and content produced under the Prosocial Coding name are the sole intellectual property of Prosocial Coding LLC. This includes all 18 current applications in the portfolio and any associated materials.

Clean title

Independent creation posture

All IP in this portfolio was created independently by Ryan Thomas under Prosocial Coding LLC. There are no employer residual claims, third-party IP encumbrances, restrictive license agreements, or co-inventor and co-author agreements represented as complicating transfer.
