Terms for public discovery and controlled review

These terms apply to use of the public portfolio, inquiry channels, and any controlled-review materials shared during approved review. Public pages are for discovery; sensitive diligence moves through scoped access paths.

01

Permitted use of public pages

Public pages are provided for discovery, evaluation, and business inquiry purposes. You may review portfolio content for legitimate informational use, but you may not use this site to disrupt operations, bypass controls, or harvest data for abusive automation.

02

Controlled review materials

Review materialss, source review notes, architecture materials, internal screenshots, and transfer documents are controlled materials. Access is scoped to approved review purpose and may require additional terms or NDA coverage.

03

Manual-review diligence routing

Diligence access is manual-review only in this release. Submission of a request does not guarantee access to controlled materials.

04

Disabled automation in this release

Approved reviewers may receive controlled materials through a scoped process. Submitting a request does not guarantee access.

05

Confidentiality and non-redistribution

Do not copy, repost, publish, or redistribute controlled review materials without written permission. Do not use controlled materials for reverse-engineering, derivative commercialization, or external benchmarking outside the approved review context.

06

AI-assisted output boundaries

Apps and materials that include AI-assisted analysis, drafting, or simulation are support tools. They do not replace qualified human judgment for legal, safety, compliance, medical, or high-risk operational decisions.

07

No warranty on public summaries

Public summaries are provided for planning and discovery. Commercial commitments, support obligations, transfer terms, and implementation scope are governed only by signed agreements.

08

Signed agreement dependency

Any purchase, license, support obligation, implementation scope, confidentiality commitment, or transfer right depends on a fully executed written agreement. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls within its scope.

09

Prohibited submissions

Do not submit confidential survivor/client records, protected health information, private legal documents, or other sensitive third-party data through public forms.

10

Misuse response

Prosocial Coding may suspend access, block requests, or deny review participation when terms are violated, misuse is detected, or risk conditions are not acceptable for controlled sharing.
